Introducing Sentinium Design, led by Los Angeles-based Interior Designer Yazmin Gutierrez.

A native of Los Angeles, Yazmin's journey into the world of Interior Design began during her formative years in grade school, igniting a passion that would shape her professional path. Holding a Bachelors in Fine Arts with a focus on Interior Design from San Diego State University, Yazmin's expertise is further enriched by her international experiences, including immersive studies in India and volunteer work in Bali, Indonesia, where she contributed to Environmental Education.

Yazmin's design philosophy is deeply influenced by her appreciation for historical elements and the unique stories embedded within each space. She draws inspiration from the character of locations and the rich narratives they carry, aiming to preserve what makes each site truly special while reinterpreting these qualities in fresh, compelling ways. Her approach involves weaving historical context into her designs to create spaces that resonate with a strong sense of place and purpose. This commitment is evident in her collaborations with acclaimed global hospitality firms such as Soho House, DesignAgency, Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA). As well as in her diverse portfolio, which includes hotels, restaurants, member clubs, residences, and creative spaces.

At the heart of Sentinium Design are four guiding principles expressed in Latin terms:
